Tantric Numerology: What Your Mission Number Is

The Mission Number is, within tantric numerology, the equivalent of the sun sign in astrology: the most general piece of information and the starting point for any more detailed reading. It's the same number that our Tantric Numerology reading calls the "life number" — one of the five key numbers in that full reading, alongside the soul, karma, divine gift, and destiny numbers. It's calculated from your full birth date, reducing day, month, and year to a single digit (except for the so-called "master numbers": 11, 22, and 33, which are traditionally not reduced).

How it's calculated (example): if you were born on October 23, 1990 → day 2+3=5, month 1+0=1, year 1+9+9+0=19 → 1+9=10 → 1+0=1. Then those results are added: 5+1+1=7. In this example, your Mission Number would be 7.
